 - Google Drive tools like Calendar, e-mail, documents, spreadsheets, slideshows, forms.
 - Creative tools on Mac - iMovie, Garageband, Photos.
 - Answering the 'dumb' questions you might have always been afraid to ask.

I am also happy to help you with a website, either designing it from scratch and writing the content, or using your existing content and making it look better. Please note, if you want a very complicated website, go with a complicated web-design company. I work best with small businesses, education providers and individuals, and I pride myself in honest, personal service, where your needs and budget are respected. Case-Study - my mum!

My mother cried when teaching me how to drive. She got her revenge when I tried teaching her to use her laptop. After years of frustration, trying to show her how to use what was a complicated tool for her to do just a few things, my dad and I realised that the best help would be to change her tool. All she needed was a simple smartphone to send the occasional email, photo and message. She is now loving her digital freedom, so much so that I asked my dad to take this photo of her and send it to me for this page.

Moral of the story - if you struggle with digital tools, it's okay. My job is not to teach people how to use everything, but to work with them to figure out the best solutions for their needs. And that might mean coming up with a creative solution that you never expected!
